We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

 

Regular Priced Merchandise

IN STORE RETURNS: 

You can receive a FULL refund within 5 days of purchase or store credit/ exchange within 10 days of purchase. 

After 10 days we will no longer accept returns.

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 21 days from the shipping date.

After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns.

For all returns:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • You must present a valid receipt or order number
  • Swimwear liner must be attached.

 

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant and/or makeup stains. It is at BlackBook Bikini's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit.  BlackBook Bikini cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns.  No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes before ordering! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

 

TO START A RETURN:

State your order number and reason for returning

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES:

Online purchases can be exchanged in our store. We are not able to offer exchanges online. 

 

SHIPPING:

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

Orders placed before 1:30PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:30PM PST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Any orders over $500 will require an adult signature upon delivery
